Mandy Harrison

Mandy brings a wide-ranging set of skills to the ETHOS business administration team. She has worked in accounts management in the commercial sector and front line services in the NHS.

Following her commercial sector work, including successfully leading an ISO 9001 certification process, she moved into a patient-facing environment in health.

Mandy began her health service journey as a ward clerk in the busy Acute Medical Unit in Exeter, an extremely challenging role in the triage, bed allocation and discharge aspects of health care delivery which she found really rewarding.

More recently Mandy moved into working at a local GP practice as a receptionist and trained to be a pharmacy dispenser, prioritising patient safety and working with the team to coordinate patient needs with health and care professionals, booking appointments, dispensing, and consulting with external NHS providers.

Mandy brings first-hand knowledge of the challenges across the sector and like the ETHOS team, loves the NHS and is passionate about patient safety. Mandy supports our clients and in-house business team so say hello if your paths cross during your work with us.
