Michelle is our Business Administrator and key to driving our success.

Business Administrator

Michelle’s expertise is in Business and Office Administration, and finances, keeping the team at ETHOS on their toes and creating an efficient business operational environment. Michelle supports the team with invoicing and reconciliation activities and the Directors with governance. She is a highly experienced business administrator and also brings a facilitative, coaching approach during her work with the team.

Michelle has been reflecting on the changing face of the organisation as it has continued to grow and expand its subject matter expert base.

“Collaboration tools are key. Whilst we are all used to face to face, the power of tools like Zoom and MS Teams are incredible. But don’t just stop there, collaboration on documents/files like excel and word over MS Teams is also a game-changer when people are in remote locations. It is really helping us as a team to manage the fast pace of change and business expansion.

If I could give one gift to customers it would be an electronic invoicing system, but I think we need a few more years growth before we could justify that….or maybe not!
